| Bake Rejoice is owned and operated by Joyce Shepherd. Joyce is a graduate of the El Centro College culinary program where she participated in the apprenticeship program. The past 12 years have been spent working in some of Dallas premiere bakeries in all capacities from baker and decorator to manager and chef owner.
